Get Your Refunds

 

Those who return any product, the amount will be credited automatically in the account which you can use for any further purchase. It takes around 7 days to get the refund. If the product you purchase is not of accurate size or the item is defective, you may also go for exchange. In this case the new item will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost but it all depends on the availability of the item in the stock.

 

Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original packaging.

All tags must be intact; broken or missing tags will not be accepted.

For example, if you wish to return a T-shirt purchased from Offineeds, it should be in its original box with proper packaging.

 

How Returns Work: Once the item is repacked, Offineeds will arrange for a return pickup from the original delivery location free of cost.

 

Offineeds will credit the entire amount you paid for the product as cashback into your account. You can also request for complete refund by sending the following details from your registered email address to shop@officialbrand.store
